Floxis Android SDK Licence

This licence covers the Floxis Android SDK (the Maven artifacts in the tech.floxis group, "the SDK").
Downloading, installing or using the SDK means you accept it.

1. Licence. Ad Tech Company OÜ ("Floxis") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable,
   royalty-free licence to integrate the SDK in binary form into your mobile applications, and to
   distribute it inside those applications, solely to access Floxis services as a Floxis customer
   or partner.

2. Restrictions. You may not:
   (a) copy, modify, adapt or create derivative works of the SDK, except as needed to build and
       ship your applications;
   (b) decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the SDK, except to the extent that
       applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
   (c) use the SDK, or any part of it, with any service other than Floxis services;
   (d) distribute, sell, sublicense or make the SDK available on its own, outside your applications;
   (e) remove or alter any copyright, licence or attribution notice in the SDK.

3. Third-party software. The SDK depends on third-party software that is licensed under its own
   terms, listed in NOTICE. Nothing in this licence limits your rights under those terms.

4. Ownership. The SDK is licensed, not sold. Floxis keeps all rights not expressly granted here.

5. Termination. This licence ends automatically if you breach it, and ends when your agreement with
   Floxis ends. On termination you must stop distributing new builds of your applications that
   contain the SDK.

6. No warranty. The SDK is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent
   permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floxis is not liable for any
   indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data,
   arising from the SDK or its use.

8. Agreements and governing law. If you have a written agreement with Floxis, it prevails over this
   licence where they conflict. This licence is governed by the laws of Estonia.
